voice response (IVR) systems. Text-to-speech
Indian voice helps educational organization in designing their courses and
spread them on a large scale. They also allows the institutions to plan identify
flows for IVR systems and convey message practically infinite number of callers
24*7, every day. The situation depends on the requirement of the client. Text-to-speech Indian voice is faster
and it allows the script designers in writing and editing their lessons or it
also helps in the call flows.
That helps them by
operating almost instantly. The system is also very adaptable as they enable in
scripting at a much higher speed and the changes can, also be kept. Some time back this system was very monotonic
and seemed robotic and the listener at the other end felt that they are
speaking to a robot instead of any human, which made them lose interest with
the advancement in technology it has become much more natural and there are
ways to go for future.
